Because our products are custom-made with your personal photos, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, we will replace any items that arrive damaged or with manufacturing defects.

For the best results on large home decor pieces, we recommend a minimum resolution of 300 DPI. Our online editor will display a warning if your image quality is too low for the selected size.
