At Officeworks Photos, we want you to love your custom home decor and personalized prints. If your order arrives damaged or doesn't meet our quality standards, we offer a 30-day return window to ensure your home looks its absolute best.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number.
- 2.Document the Issue
For damaged photo frames or printing errors, please upload a clear photo of the defect to help us process your replacement or refund faster.
- 3.Package Your Item
Securely pack the item in its original protective packaging to prevent further damage during transit and attach the provided prepaid shipping label.
- 4.Receive Refund or Replacement
Once our workshop inspects the returned item, we will either issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a brand new replacement.
